Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate
- Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed once your order is with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at admin@fangri-la.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at admin@fangri-la.com and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
