Refund policy

We want you to love your merch. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at admin@fangri-la.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, digital items and anything marked as final sale can't be returned.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
